We had a family room with 4 kids and it was fantastic! Much more space than expected. Large beds, and great lounge suite. The breakfast was delicious /amazing, the property well maintained. Pool was good fun. Was quieter than expected, but meant we had pool to ourselves most of the time. Kids club is next to the pool and free. Beach is sandy, but tidal. Fun playing in sand but didn’t swim in it. Great massage places for good prices across the road, and many good eateries / local food restaurants. It was still quiet in these, and many not opened up again. We didn’t have to go far from the hotel to have everything we needed and enjoy our stay.

The staff were so lovely and helped accommodate to my daughter’s gluten intolerance. The breakfast was unreal! But maybe more gf options The pool was stunning Seating area around the pool was plentiful never struggled to get a seat by the pool. Cocktails and mocktails were delicious!! Family room was very kid friendly! Very excited kids entering the room and each day after cleaning they would leave a little towel person which my girls loved! Having stayed with other family members they made our rooms close together which was very considerate

On our visit, the Benoa beachfront from the hotel seemed to be better to swim in compared to Nusa Dua. Although the hotel is dated, the price was reasonable as we checked in when occupancy was low. We were glad that we chose this hotel before our flight out of Bali. Our room was spacious and they had good selections on offer for breakfast. There is also a shuttle bus that runs every two hours which takes you to Bali Collection for more shopping and dining options.

The family suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Fantastic Lagoon pool with swim-up bar. Good quality buffet breakfasts, with two very good separate restaurants on site. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely spa and gym facilities. Great central location on the Nusa Dua peninsula.

The pool and beach views were great. The pool bar and happy hour from 3-5 was a highlight and the bar staff were very friendly. There were some great dishes at the restaurant. Garden rooms were nice and the ocean view rooms were amazing.
